05/23/2011 - ELECTION FOR 3 DIRECTORS
CANDIDATES SOUGHT FOR ELECTION--MUST FILE BY JUNE 15, 2011
--LETTERS AND RESUMES MUST BE MAILED TO THE ELECTION COMMITTEE
--NO HAND DELIVERY OR MAIL TO THE OFFICE.
By-Law VI.3.b (Election of Directors) "Between the 1st and 15th day of June each year,
commencing with 1980, any member, including incumbents, who is in good standing as
defined herein may file with the Election Committee a statement of the member's candidacy
for election as a Director of the Association for the term beginning the next calendar year
following the August meeting of the Association held after the filing of such statement. A
brief resume, supplied by the candidate, is to be included in the notice of the August
meeting. An Election Committee appointed by the President shall consist of no fewer
than 3 nor more than 5 members in good standing. No current Directors nor their
relatives, no candidates for office nor their relatives, nor any employee of the Association
shall serve on the Election Committee. Statements of candidacy and resumes are to be
mailed to:

and must be postmarked by June 15 at the latest. The Election Committee will open
applications on June 25 or the next weekday."
04/28/2011 - All future monthly board meetings with held on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
01/13/2011 - we have posted a bulletin on behalf of the Paupackan Lake Community Connection. They will be holding an open house January 18th and 19thin the lower-level of the office building.
01/10/2011 - On Wednesday January 12, 2011, at 7:00 pm, there will be a Neighborhood
Watch organizational meeting at our office building in the lower level. We
have a trooper from Pennsylvania State Police coming to explain how to organize and run a Neighborhood Watch. Everyone is invited and we hope you ALL
will try to attend. If you have any questions please call the organizer of

12/23/2010 - The Board has posted this important safety notice regarding the bus stop at the beach parking lot.
11/16/2010 - Notice: Burning plastic is strictly prohibited. Citations will be issued to anyone caught burning plastic and any other household waste.

08/09/2010 - Some more information about Natural Gas Drilling in PA.
07/23/2010 - We are recommending that all residents take a look at this film about the natural gas drilling and how it relates to us in NE Pennsylvania. Gasland shows the dangers of drill fracturing and how it pollutes our water systems. If you have HBO it is on demand.
07/15/2010 - Please take note the road across from 212 East Shore Drive with the chain across it is not a boat basin no matter how much it looks like it. It is private property and the owner would like everyone to respect it as such. This includes all quad riders and anyone trying to figure out how to bypass the chain to drive down to the lake. The private property sign is displayed on the chain.
